Entering an Application

- - In ‘Draft‘ mode you can move freely between pages and the contents of fields are not checked. As soon as you switch to ‘Ready to Submit‘ mode, all fields will be verified if you try to move between pages or submit your application.
  - You can change between ‘Draft’ and ‘Ready to Submit’ modes by clicking on the banner at the top of the form where it says (Click to change)
  - The most common issue we encounter with applications is incomplete information. If you have tried moving between pages or submitting your form and it’s not letting you, you may see an error at the top of the page like this:
  - Check that you have filled out all required fields. If a field is missing information (in Ready to Submit mode) it will show up red like this:
  - If you’ve tried to submit an application and received some other error, don’t worry. Most often we are able to retrieve what’s been entered so far as the application will save every time you change pages. Just ‘Log an Issue‘ straight away and we’ll check it out.
